Apply in a minute
Tell us the name of your spa, its town and what the space is like. We create a draft listing only you can see.
Set it up in six steps
Prices per session length, photos, opening hours and Stripe payouts, all in your host portal. Every step saves on its own.
We review and publish
Our team checks the listing — usually within 48 hours — and puts it live in front of guests searching your area.
Welcome guests, get paid
Every booking is prepaid. Your share is transferred to your bank account through Stripe, commission already deducted.
What you agree to when you list
Before you apply, here is the whole commercial arrangement on one screen. The binding version is section 13 of our Terms & Conditions, which is also our terms under the EU rules on fairness for business users of online platforms (Regulation 2019/1150).
- Commission
- 17.5% of the booking total (session plus extras) by default, plus 21% VAT on the commission. Nothing else: no setup fee, no subscription, no listing fee. The rate for your venue is shown in your dashboard.
- Who takes the payment
- Spafindo collects the guest's prepayment in its own name and pays out your share through Stripe Connect, with the commission already deducted. Voucher-funded bookings are settled separately.
- Cancellations
- One policy platform-wide: more than 24 h before, the guest is refunded in full and your share is reversed; within 24 h the booking stands and so does your share. You cannot set your own policy.
- Pausing or removing a listing
- We give you the reasons in writing — immediately if there is a safety or legal risk, otherwise before the measure takes effect — and you can reply.
- Changes and notice
- Changes to the partner terms are announced at least 15 days beforehand. Ending the whole relationship: 30 days' notice on either side. No exclusivity, ever.
- Ranking
- Homepage recommendations combine guest ratings and review count, with lower displayed session price breaking ties. Search results start with the lowest starting price; date searches put available suites first. Guest filters and sorting also apply. No venue can pay for a better position.
